The Eastern Florida State College women's basketball team lost to Florida Southwestern State College Wednesday night on the road.
The Titans trailed for almost the entire game as Florida Southwestern shot well to pick up the 75-60 victory, handing the No. 19 team in the country their first conference loss since 2021.
Eastern Florida State College got 44 of their 60 points from the duo of E'Zaria Adams and Jalei O'Neal who each had a career-high 22 points in the loss.
For Adams it was the second game this week that she has had 20-plus points as she had 21 points in a win over Daytona State College on Monday.
O'Neal had her biggest game of the season for the Titans as she was a big part of the offense in the first half, scoring 14 of her 22 points.
Florida Southwestern had six players score in double figures and are now 2-0 in the conference and 6-3 overall.
Eastern Florida State College, who is now 8-2 overall and 1-1 in the conference, will host Hillsborough Community College on Monday night in a conference game at Titan Field House. The game will tip off at 5:30 p.m. and admission to Titan Field House is free.
