The Eastern Florida State College women's basketball team improved to 3-0 with a victory over DME Tuesday night on the road.
The 20th-ranked Titans picked up the 66-47 victory to begin a busy week of games. Up just four points at halftime, Eastern Florida State College outscored DME by 11 points in the third quarter, holding DME to nine points in the quarter.
Sophomore Lynn Rieth led the offensive attack with 15 points while teammate Amanda Baumgarte had 13 points with four rebounds and four assists. Karen Nimo continued her strong start to the season, scoring 12 points with four rebounds and three steals.
The Titans will head to Tallahassee this weekend for the TSC Classic, facing South Georgia Tech on Friday and then East Georgia State on Saturday.
