The Eastern Florida State College men's golf team shot a 296 in the third round of the NJCAA Division I National Tournament on Thursday.

Nick Miller and Adam Vermut each shot a 75 while Hugo Griesheimer finished with a 76.
"We struggled with the day, started out well then it got away from us," Eastern Florida State College men's golf coach Jamie Howell said. "We are looking for a good round tomorrow to move into the top 10."
Odessa College shot a 276 to move into a first-place tie with Midland Community College, who shot a 275, and New Mexico Junior College. All three teams are at 1-under for the tournament.
