Women's volleyball team falls in FCSAA Volleyball Championships

The Eastern Florida State College women's volleyball team's season ended on Friday at the FCSAA Division I Volleyball Championships at Florida Southwestern State College.

The No. 3 seed Titans lost to No. 6 Hillsborough Community College in four sets, 17-25, 25-17, 20-25 and 16-25 to finish the season 15-11.

Sophomore Dominae Jordan finished with 14 kills and 15 digs to finish her Titans career. Teammate Lesmary Raffucci had 12 kills and 15 digs.

Pamela De Jesus Tejedor had 13 kills for Hillsborough CC.

Hillsborough Community College advanced to play No. 2 Miami Dade Friday night in the semifinals.
