Women's golfer Mila Tang named women's golfer of month
Eastern Florida State College women's golfer Mila Tang is named the FCSAA Women's Golfer of the month for February.
Tang shot even par in the final round to win the title by one stroke, helping the Titans to a third-place finish at the first spring event of the season. Her win earned her the title of women's golf of the month.
The freshman from Rottunberg am Neckar, Germany opened the tournament with a 3-under and then was four over in the second round before finishing at even par. She had three birdies and three bogeys in the final round and played the front nine at 3-under for the tournament with just one bogey all weekend.
Tang and the Titans will compete in the Catawba Invitational March 10-11 that will be played at Duran Golf Club.
