Baseball team hosts Palm Beach State Wednesday at Bruce Bochy Field
The Eastern Florida State College baseball team will be back at Bruce Bochy Field Wednesday for a non-conference game.
The Titans are home for the second time this season, looking to avenge an earlier-season loss to Palm Beach State College.
Eastern Florida State College is leading Region 8 in stolen bases this season with 20 in the first seven games and the team's .966 fielding percentage is fourth-best in the state.
Offensively, the Titans are led by outfielder Zach Taylor who is hitting .438 with nine RBI in six games this season.
Palm Beach State College comes into the matchup 4-2 this season and has a three-game winning streak. The Panthers are hitting .274 as a team this season and have four players hitting over .444.
