Women's golf team places sixth at Kinderlou Forest Spring Invite
The Eastern Florida State College women's golf team placed sixth at the Kinderlou Forest Spring Invite Tuesday in Valdosta, Georgia.
The Titans shot a final round 327 to finish the three rounds at 961. The day began finishing up the second round and the Titans posted their best round of the tournament, shooting 311.
Host Dalton State won the event, shooting a 295 in the final round and was 902 for the tournament. Individually, Dalton State's Sydney Hermann won the individual title.
Freshman Jenna Barnett finished tied for ninth overall, shooting a 79 in the final round. Teammate Gracie Doke was tied for 14th after also shooting a 79 in the final round. Brittany Odic placed 29th while Jaida Furlow was 30th and Emma Parker placed 32nd.
Eastern Florida State College will compete in the USCB Monument Invitational on Monday, Feb. 26.
