The Eastern Florida State College women's basketball team lost a Southern Conference game to Hillsborough Community College Saturday at Titan Field House.
The Titans have lost two straight and are now tied with Hillsborough for second place in the conference with two games remaining.
The women's basketball team led by five after one quarter and 11 at the half but Hillsborough came out with a big run in a three-minute span but the Titans would cling to a two-point lead heading into the fourth quarter.
But down the stretch it was Hillsborough that hit the shots down the stretch to pull out the win. The Titans won the first two meetings between the two teams.
Stephanie Torres led the Titans with 19 points while Kaitlyn Sanders had 13 in her return from injury. Teammate Jourdan Avery also had 13 points.
Anissa Tuitt had her first career double-double scoring 10 points and grabbing 10 rebounds in the game.
