The third quarter was all Eastern Florida as they outscored St. Petersburg 23-12 in the quarter and actually took it first lead of the game on a Anja Knoflach basket with 4:51 remaining.
A Natalia Beaumont basket would give the Titans a 58-57 lead heading into the fourth quarter.
But with 6:45 left in the game, St. Petersburg would go on a 10-2 run and the Titans could not get back into the game.
Stephanie Torres finished with a team-high 27 points while Natalia Beaumont had her fifth double-double, scoring 17 points and grabbing 13 rebounds. Zahria Jenkins finished with 11 points, hitting three 3-pointers.
