Softball team loses two games to Miami Dade

The Eastern Florida State College softball team lost a pair of Southern Conference games Wednesday afternoon at Titan Softball Complex.
The Titans lost the first game 7-1 and the second game 17-6 to Miami Dade.
Eastern Florida State College centerfielder Kayla Domon had two hits in the first game and Madison Neuhaus drove in the lone run with an RBI double.
The Titans came out swinging in the second game, scoring five times in the bottom of the second inning as Jaydah Stroup, Lauren Lightbody each had RBI's and then Neuhaus drove in two runs.
But Miami Dade struck back scoring seven time in the third inning and went on to post the win.
Lightbody and Blesa finished with two hits while Molly Reid had two hits in the second game.
Eastern Florida State College, who is now 18-22 overall and 1-11 in the conference, will travel to Indian River State College April 21 for a doubleheader beginning at 2 p.m.
