Men's basketball team moves up in national ranking

The Eastern Florida State College men's basketball team moved up in the national poll for the fifth straight week, coming in at No. 16 in the latest NJCAA Division I National Poll released on Tuesday.

The Titans, who are now 22-3 overall and 11-1 in the conference, have been ranked in the Top 25 for the past 25 weeks.

Daytona State College moved up to No. 2 in the national poll. Eastern Florida State College will play Daytona State College Wednesday night in a battle of top teams in the Citrus Conference at Daytona State College.

Snow College remains No. 1 in the poll with Trinity Valley Community College moving up to No. 3 in the poll and Triton College is No. 4 with Jones College rounding out the top five.

Chipola College moves up to No. 10 in the poll with Gulf Coast State College entering the rankings at No. 19. Northwest Florida State College is No. 22 in the poll.
