The Eastern Florida State College men's basketball team improved to 2-0 on the season with a victory over Time to Ball Prep Thursday night at Titan Field House.
The Titans picked up the 126-58 win behind a strong game from freshman Andres Burney. Burney finished the game with 30 points, 18 coming in the first half as the Titans scored 70 points in the half. The 70 points is the most points in a half for the Titans in the past decade.
Teammate Caleb Byrd also had his second-straight good night, scoring 14 of his 21 points in the first half. Augustin Kingombe had his best game as a Titan, scoring 15 points off the bench while Cameron Wickline finished with nine points.
The Titans will be back at Titan Field House Saturday night for a 7 p.m. game against Mid-Florida Academy. Admission will be free to the game and it will also be shown live online at EFSC Titans YouTube page.
