Baseball team hosts FSW in conference doubleheader Saturday
The Eastern Florida State College baseball team will host Florida Southwestern in a conference doubleheader Saturday afternoon at Bruce Bochy Field.
The Titans, who won the first game of the series 5-4 on the road Thursday, will look to win the series with a doubleheader beginning at noon.
Florida Southwestern comes into Saturday 2-3 in the last five games and is 20-12 overall and 11-5 in the conference. The Titans are 7-9 in the conference and are two games out of fourth place in the conference.
The Bucs enter the day hitting .320 as a team which is third in Region VIII while the Titans are hitting .297.
Eastern Florida State College is led by Hector Mangual who is hitting .361 while Adrian Dominguez is hitting .336 with 13 doubles.
Florida Southwestern's Victor Figueroa is hitting .436 with 11 home runs and has driven in 43 runs this season.
