The Eastern Florida State College baseball team opened Southern Conference play with a road win over Miami-Dade.
The Titans won the first game of the three-game series 5-3. Miami-Dade will come to Titan Field House for games on Friday night and Saturday afternoon.
On Wednesday, Tyler Keysor struck out seven in 5 1/3 innings for the win and Erik Vargas picked up him first save.
Jasson Corniel hit a two-run single and Cristian Sanjurjo had three of the Titans 10 hits in the game.
Friday's game will begin at 6 p.m. at Bruce Bochy Field. Admission is free.
