
Baseball team travels to St. Petersburg for doubleheader
The Eastern Florida State College baseball team will head to St. Petersburg College for a Citrus Conference doubleheader on Saturday.
The Titans, who are now 9-10 in the conference, will look to bounce back after losing the first game of the series Thursday night 7-4.
St. Petersburg College's Drew Pyne had three hits and drove in three runs in the first game as the Titans scored three times in the ninth inning to pick up the win.
Eastern Florida State College has won two of the past three games and went on the road last weekend and swept Florida Southwestern to win the series.
Saturday's doubleheader will begin at 1 p.m.
