Baseball team back home against Polk State College on Thursday night

The Eastern Florida State College baseball team will be home Thursday evening for a regular-season game against Polk State College.

The Titans, who are 7-2 on the season, will host the Eagles at 5 p.m. at Bruce Bochy Field.

Redshirt-Freshman catcher Bo Tabola hit for the cycle on Tuesday night against Palm Beach State College and is hitting .357 to start this season. Teammate Jeff Davis is hitting .320 this season while Kevin Smith stole two more bases against the Panthers Tuesday and leads the FCSAA with 12.

Polk State College comes into the contest 3-7 and has lost four in a row. The Eagles are hitting .255 as a team and lost a close game to St, Johns River on Tuesday.
