Holder leads women's golf team at Webber Classic

Holder leads women's golf team at Webber Classic

Eastern Florida State College's Lauren Holder led the women's golf team at the Webber Fall Classic Sunday morning. 

Holder finished fourth in the tournament, shooting an 80 in the final round at River Greens Golf Course in Avon Park. Teammate Regan Taylor finished in a tie for eighth with an 83 in the final round and Katelyn McCallum was 10th after an 85 on Sunday. 

"There was improvement today and everyone has more information to go work on before the Collegiate Players Cup and Flagler events," Eastern Florida State College women's golf coach Jamie Howell said. "We need to cut back on unforced errors."

Southeastern University won the women's event. The Titans will play Florida Tech in the Collegiate Players Cup Friday and Saturday at Rockledge Country Club.
