Bio

Diego Perez-Gaitan joins Eastern Florida State College after leading the Astronaut High team for the past five seasons.

In 2017 he lead his team to the first playoff win at Astronaut since 2000.

Perez-Gaitan is a Rockledge High School graduate and began his coaching career as a volunteer coach at Rockedge High in 2010. In 2012 he became the JV head coach and varsity assistant at Cocoa Beach Jr/Sr High School. He coached there from 2012-2014. 

Along with coaching high school he has coached at Cape Coast Volleyball Club since 2011, coaching teams between U12 and U18.
