Bio


Oliver Twelvetrees has built the men’s soccer program into a national contender in six seasons. The program already has 81 wins and been to the NJCAA Division I National Championship tournament three times, including last year when they reached the national tournament semifinals and won a program-best 15 games.

In 2018 the Titans won both the Region 8 Conference title as well as the Southeast Region title to advance to the NJCAA National Tournament. From there they made it to the semifinals of the national tournament for the second time under coach Twelvetrees.

In 2013, he was the NJCAA Southeast District Coach of the Year. Overall, Twelvetrees begins his seventh season with an 81-18-8 record at Eastern Florida State College.

Twelvetrees, who holds a National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Premier Diploma, also serves as Eastern Florida's strength and conditioning coach. The native of Swansea City in Wales, Great Britain came to Eastern Florida from Barton Community College in Great Bend, KS where he was head men's soccer coach for seven seasons, leading them to two straight appearances in the NJCAA National Tournament.

Twelvetrees moved to Barton from NCAA Division II Wayne State College in Nebraska where he was the head coach of the women's soccer team. Twelvetrees also served as an assistant at Division II Bemidji State University in Minnesota for two seasons.

He played soccer in Europe and graduated from the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom in 1999. Twelvetrees earned his master's degree at Bemidji State in 2004. He has achieved his Advanced National NSCAA Diploma coaching credential.
