The Titans lost in three sets 25-16, 25-18, 25-19 and will open the postseason on Tuesday night.

The Titans jumped out to a 13-7 lead in the first set as the Titans went on a 7-1 run. But the College of Central Florida came out of a timeout and rattled off eight straight points to take the lead. Elisa Pauzer's kill snapped the run but the Patriots pulled away to take the first set 25-16.

The Patriots jumped out to early leads in the second and third sets and the Titans would battle back but could not take the lead falling to 10-10 overall and 2-6 in the conference.

The Titans will be on the road for the playoff opener Tuesday night against the No. 3 seed with the winner playing the No. 2 seed. Two teams advance to the state tournament in the Mid-Florida Conference. It is the first time in recent history that the volleyball team has qualified for the postseason.
