Eastern Florida Finishes Volleyball Season With Victory

Eastern Florida's volleyball team closed its season on Friday with a three-set victory over Lake-Sumter State College.

The 25-15, 25-18, 25-17 triumph at the Titan Field House on the Melbourne Campus improved Eastern Florida's record to 11-17.

Lake-Sumter fell to 7-26.

The Titans trailed in only one set, the third. They rallied from a 14-11 deficit with a 14-3 run for the victory.

Sophomore Treasure Ingram led the Titans with seven kills. Freshmen Alondra Modesto and Malvis Ortiz added five and sophomore Marianna Dal Pozzo added four.
