Women's tennis team named ITA All-Academic Team

The Eastern Florida State College women's tennis team was named to the Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Academic Team for the 2022-23 season.

The Titans excelled both on and off the court as the team finished 10th in the NJCAA Division I National Championship and posted a GPA of 3.60 as a team.

The team was one of 22 teams in the nation and only team in Florida to be honored as an All-Academic team and had six players named to the ITA Scholar-Athletes list as well.

Gloria Barcaro, Simona Karlsson, Ksenia Krupniakova, Luisa Renovales, Paige Noble Lucas and Emma Sanchez all made the Scholar-Athlete list for the Titans. The six players were one of the most by any institution this season.
