Women's tennis duo faring well at CL Varner Memorial Invitational

A pair of Eastern Florida State College women's tennis players are competing at the CL Varner Memorial Invitational hosted by Rollins College.

Kayla Greco will play for third place in the singles portion of the tournament against Rollins College's Georgina Groth on Sunday. Greco lost to Nova Southeastern's Nika Kozar in a tiebreaker in the semifinals. Greco lost the first set 6-4, then won 7-5 to force the tiebreaker, losing 10-5.

Luisa Renovales will play Florida Southern's Flor Salerno for fifth place on Sunday.

The duo teamed up in doubles to place seventh overall in the tournament.
