Women's soccer team hosts ASA Miami Saturday in battle of unbeaten teams

The Eastern Florida State College women's soccer team hosts ASA Miami Saturday night in a battle of unbeaten teams.

The No. 3-ranked Titans come into the matchup a perfect 4-0 overall and 2-0 in the conference and are currently tied with ASA Miami for the top spot in the standings.

The two teams are in the top five in the nation in goals against average as the Titans have not allowed a goal this season while ASA Miami has allowed just one goal. They are also the top two goal-scoring teams in the conference.

ASA Miami, who is also 4-0, has scored 14 goals this season and are led by sophomore Valentina Restrepo, who has five goals including two goals in each of the past two games.

Eastern Florida State College is led by Francesca Espinoza's four goals while both Morgan Miller and Viena Massale each have three goals.

Saturday night's game will begin at 5 p.m. at Titan Soccer Complex on the Melbourne campus of Eastern Florida State College and admission is free.
