"It was a good scrap by the team today," Eastern Florida State College women's golf coach Jamie Howell said. "It was a struggle all day and the ladies persevered."

Freshman Jenna Barnett shot a 73 on Tuesday to win the event with a 152. It was the freshman's first collegiate victory as she topped sophomore Gracie Doke by two strokes.
