Women's golf team tees off at event in Georgia

The Eastern Florida State College women's golf team will open the Kinderlou Forest Spring Invitational in Valdosta, Georgia.

The women's golf team is back on the golf course after opening the season at the World Golf Invitational in St. Augustine.

The Titans are one of seven teams in the two-day tournament. In the first tournament, freshman Morela Boyd shot a 164 while Delia Timpy and Gabrielle Fernandez each shot 167.

It is the second tournament of the spring for the Titans.
