Women's golf team places third in Seminole State event

The Eastern Florida State College women's golf team finished third in the Seminole State Spring Break tournament at Timacuan Golf and Country Club on Wednesday.

The Titans shot a 319 in the final round led by sophomore Kacey Walker finished third overall after shooting a 74 in the final round. The Mississauga, Ontario, Canada native finished 8-over for the tournament. 

Teammate Trinity Falzone shot an 81 while Dalia Timpy and Sloan Lanier each finished with 82s.

Seminole State College won the tournament, shooting 290 in the final round.

The Titans will play in the Wallace State Spring Invitational March 23-24.
