Women's golf team wraps up fall season with strong round

The Eastern Florida State College women's golf team finished strong at the Flagler Fall Slam at Marsh Creek Country Club in St. Augustine on Tuesday.

The Titans shot a 318, which is the best round of the fall for the women's team. Freshmen Delia Timpy and Kacey Walker led the way, both shooting a 77 in the final round and tied for 29^th in the tournament.

Teammate Trinity Falzone shot an 81 and Gianna Piscitelli had an 83 in the final round.

"Another solid round by Delia, good playing by Trinity and nice comeback from Gianna. Kacey was steady as usual," Eastern Florida State College women's golf coach Jamie Howell said.

The Fall Slam was the final fall tournament for the women's golf team who will now get ready for the spring season.
