Women's basketball team ranked seventh in national poll

The Eastern Florida State College women's basketball team remained No. 7 in the NJCAA Division I National Poll on Monday.

The Titans have been in the top 10 for five straight weeks and been in the national poll for 14 weeks in a row. Eastern Florida State College has won 24 straight games and is now 25-3 on the season.

Hutchinson Community College remains No. 1 in the poll while Wabash Valley College moves up to No. 2 with Gulf Coast State College ranked third in the poll. Collin County Community College is fourth and Northwest Florida State College moves into the top five.

Chipola College moves up to No. 20 and Pensacola State College is No. 21.

Eastern Florida State College has won the Citrus Conference regular season title for the third straight season and has clinched a spot in the FCSAA State Tournament beginning March 14 at Northwest Florida State College in Niceville, Florida.
