The Eastern Florida State College women's basketball team lost to No. 1 Northwest Florida State College at the NWF Classic in Niceville on Saturday.
The Titans struggled from the floor on Saturday, shooting just 29 percent from the floor and lost to the defending national champions 70-45.
Eastern Florida State College led by as much as five points in the first quarter but Northwest Florida State College took a six-point lead after the first quarter and increased it to 13 at halftime.
Jaidyn Koerdt and Kristiana Kulackovska once again led the Titans in scoring with 10 points apiece. Amelia Hassett led the team with 12 rebounds to go with eight points.
Eastern Florida State College will play No. 6 Gulf Coast State College again on Friday at Santa Fe College at 5 p.m.
