The Eastern Florida State College women's basketball team improved to 2-0 on the season with a win over Indian River State College at the Indian River State Tip-Off Classic on Saturday.
The Titans trailed by five points at halftime but came back to defeat the host Pioneers 69-60.
Three players scored in double figures led by Natalia Beaumont who finished with 28 points and 10 rebounds. Teammate Skye Williams finished with 19 points and Milan Schimmel chipped in with 11 points. Anja Knoflach grabbed a team-high 11 rebounds in the win.
The Titans will travel to ASA Miami on Thursday and then play at Miami Dade Friday before hosting the Florida State College at Jacksonville on Nov. 12.
