Women's basketball team to honor sophomores after game tonight

The Eastern Florida State College women's basketball team will wrap up the regular season Wednesday night against St. Petersburg at Titan Field House.

The Titans head into the game 21-6 overall and 5-3 in the Suncoast Conference and will honor the sophomore class after the game which tips off at 6 p.m.

Eastern Florida State College has split the first two meetings with St. Petersburg but has already clinched second place In the conference and a trip to the state tournament.

After the game, the Titans will honor nine sophomores who will be playing their final game at Titan Field House.

Alexandrine Obouh Fegue has started all 27 games in her Titans career and has scored 427 points and grabbed 260 rebounds with 12 double-doubles.

Brianna Lewis has over 200 assists in her lone season at Eastern Florida State College and has started 26 of the 27 games this season.

Mariah Batz has scored 575 points in her career heading into the final home game and has made 158 3-pointers, starting 52 of the 55 games.

Victoria Morales has started 49 of her 55 games at Eastern Florida State College and has scored 391 points and grabbed 357 rebounds in two seasons.

Also taking the court at Titan Field House for the final will be Dysheka Price, Theodora Odia, Ieva Spigule, Claire Bady and Miranda Batz.
