Victoria Morales to Join Titan Women

Eastern Florida's women's basketball team has signed Victoria Morales, a 6-foot guard/forward from Hagerty High School in Oviedo, Florida.

Morales averaged 18 points, 12 rebounds and five blocks per game as a four-year letter winner. She was a three-year team captain and member of the 1,000 point club. She was an All-Seminole Athletic Conference, 7A All-State and 7A All-Academic Team honoree.

"We were very fortunate to be able to sign Victoria," said Eastern Florida head coach Jim Grimes. "She is a perfect fit for what we do, and we could not be more excited about her joining our family.

"She is a great player with skills that will see her playing multiple positions. I think that she is a game-changer on both ends and will be a special player.  She also is a great character kid and student who will be a leader off the court as well."

Morales joins Brooklyn Cruz, a 5-foot, 8-inch guard from Palo Verde High in Las Vegas and Carly Epstein, a 6-foot, 2-inch center from Palm Beach, Florida and Palm Beach Gardens High School as a signee.

The Titans finished the season 20-10 overall and 13-2 in the FCSAA Southern Conference, claiming their second straight conference title and advancing to the NJCAA Region 8/FCSAA Tournament for the second straight season.
