Softball team hosts No. 1 College of Central Florida Wednesday

The Eastern Florida State College softball team will host No. 1 College of Central Florida in a doubleheader Wednesday beginning at 4 p.m. 

The Titans have already handed Seminole State College, who is No. 12 in the NJCAA Division I poll, one of its three losses of the season. On Wednesday the Patriots enter Titan Softball Complex as the No. 1 team in the latest poll.

Eastern Florida State College's Trinity Howard is tied with the College of Central Florida's Madison Edwards for the Region VIII lead in wins with seven this year.

The first game of the doubleheader begins at 4 p.m. at Titan Softball Complex. Admission is free to games on the Melbourne campus, but fans are required to wear a mask at all times and social distance while at the game.
