The Eastern Florida State College softball team splits a doubleheader at the State College of Florida-Manatee on Wednesday.
The Titans broke a 3-3 tie in the 10th inning of Game 1 when Katelyn Wilfert hits a two-run home run and then Jayden Ahl later hit a two-run double for the 7-4 win.
Gabriela Garcia hit two solo home runs in the game and Ahl had three hits to help the Titans pick up the win.
Wilfert picked up the win, pitching 10 innings and allowing one earned run and striking out seven.
In Game 2 SCF-Manatee would score seven times in the first and pick up the 11-8 win to earn the split.
Sarah Thomas had two hits and scored twice.
The softball team will host Sinclair Community College for a doubleheader beginning at 4 p.m. at Titan Softball Complex.
