Titans softball team opens conference season Wednesday
The Eastern Florida State College softball team is back at the new Titan Softball Complex after a tough weekend at Palm Beach State.
The Titans played four conference teams over the weekend, losing all four but got a good look at the competition heading into Wednesday night's home conference opener against Miami Dade, who beat the Titans on Saturday.
Eastern Florida State College lost to Broward College 7-3 and host Palm Beach State 16-0 on Sunday. Abby Ferlin went 2-for-3 against Palm Beach State and is hitting over .300 on the season. The Titans head into the conference season 4-20.
Wednesday's doubleheader will begin at 4 p.m. and admission is free.
