Men's tennis team sweeps Millenia University

The Eastern Florida State College men's tennis team defeated Millenia University Friday afternoon at Titan Tennis Center.

The Titans picked up another win, sweeping Millenia University 9-0.

Hugo Car and Jack Dixon combined to win at No. 1 doubles, 6-0 while Nick DeVivo teamed up with Colin Tavares to win No. 2 doubles match 6-4 and Konstantin Kukaras and Alexandr Achour won the No. 3 doubles match 6-4.

Up 3-0, the Titans dominated the singles matches as well.

Car won at No. 1 singles, 6-2, 6-0 while Dixon won 6-3, 6-1 at No. 2 singles and DeVivo won 6-2, 6-0 at No. 3 singles and Jett Leong won at No. 4. Pavel Kelo picked up the win at No. 5 singles, 6-3, 6-0 and Kukaras won at No. 6.

The men's tennis team will host Keiser University JV on Wednesday afternoon at 1 p.m. before traveling to Warner College next Saturday.
