Men's soccer team back home Thursday, hosting Johnson University

The Eastern Florida State College men's soccer team will be back at Orlando Health Stadium Thursday night.

The Titans, who are ranked 15th in the latest NJCAA Division I poll, are 1-1 this season and are looking for their second straight win Thursday against Johnson University. Hayden Wood, Junior Smith and Jack Nelson have each scored goals this season for the Titans.

"There has been some positives and a lot of stuff we can work on, I am excited about the potential and we are working very hard right now," Eastern Florida State College men's soccer coach Adam Butler said. "It is always fun to play at home on our fantastic field, under the lights so they are excited about that."

The Suns are playing their first game of the fall season after going 8-6-2 last season in the National Christian College Athletic Association.

Thursday night's game will kick off at 7 p.m. at Orlando Health Stadium on the Melbourne campus and admission is free.
