Men's golf team in fourth at Glenlakes Invitational

The Eastern Florida State College men's golf team is in fourth place after two rounds at the Glenlakes Invitational in Alabama.

The Titans, who are ranked 13th in the NJCAA Division I poll, shot rounds of 293 and 295 and is two strokes behind Calhoun heading into the final round.

Nick Miller is tied for fifth overall at 1-under after shooting rounds of 72 and 71 on Monday. Miller had three birdies and two bogeys in the final round. Teammate Masen McKain shot two rounds of 1-over 73 to head to the final round tied for 16th. Adam Vermut shot rounds of 76 and 75 while Bryan Hernandez shot 72 and 76 to be tied for 24th overall. Adam Ward shot 78 and 84 on Monday.

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College shot 11-under 277 in the second round and is 5-under for the tournament, leading Central Alabama by five strokes.

The final round will tee off on Tuesday morning.
