The Eastern Florida State College men's basketball team lost a close game to Georgia Highlands Saturday afternoon at the Florida vs. Georgia JUCO Basketball Classic in Bradenton.
The Titans, who are ranked seventh in the latest NJCAA Division I poll, fell to 6-3 on the season with the 75-70 loss Saturday.
Eastern Florida State sophomore Brody Boyer had another big game for the Titans, scoring a team-high 22 points while teammate Justin Reid had a season-best 15 points in the loss. Brandon Garcia had 11 points and Cameron Wickline finished with nine.
Eastern Florida State College will be back at TItan Fied House Wednesday night against ASA College (Miami). Tip-off is at 7 p.m. and admission is free to games on the Melbourne campus.
