The Eastern Florida State College men's basketball team won their second game in a row, beating Georgia Highlands 75-58 at the Tallahassee Classic in Tallahassee on Friday.
The Titans improved to 4-5 and will play Southern Crescent Technical College Saturday afternoon in Tallahassee.
Johnny Bernard and Nick Alves paced the Titan attack, each scoring 17 points apiece in the win while teammate Noah Lewis had 13 and Osayi Osifo added 11.
Georgia Highlands' Carl Johnson led all scorers with 24 points in the game.
"I am so proud of our guys! We really competed against one of the better teams in the country," Eastern Florida State College men's basketball coach Jeremy Shulman said. "We really stuck to the game plan and played very unselfishly. The goal now is to build on this little by little."
