The Eastern Florida State College men's basketball team lost a tight game with Central Pointe Post Grad Saturday afternoon at Titan Field House.
Mikale Stephens hit a 3-pointer with 1.2 seconds left to give Central Pointe a 61-60 win as the Titans fell to 1-3 on the season.
Jonathan Ned finished with 12 points and Amir Tiganj added 11 points for the Titans. Nick Alves hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to tie the game 31-31 at halftime and the Titans jumped out to a 5-0 run in the first couple minutes of the second half but could not pull away.
Eastern Florida State College will travel to Utah next week for the Snow College Invitational. The Titans will play Snow College on Thursday, Salt Lake Community College on Friday and Utah State Eastern on Saturday.
