The Eastern Florida State College men's basketball team improved to 8-1 on the season, dominating ASA Miami from the start Wednesday night on the road.
The Titans led by 36 at halftime and as many as 61 in the game, beating the Storm 113-59.
Sophomore Ahmed Ali continued his strong start, scoring 23 of his 27 points in the first half and played in just 23 minutes in the game. Teammate Nathanael Jack had 19 points, Michael Nuga finished with 17 while Junior Madut and Ezekiel Balogun each had 11 in the win.
Overall, all 11 players that played scored in the game as the Titans have now won seven straight and in the eight wins this season, the average margin of victory has been 30.6 points.
Eastern Florida State College will return to Titan Field House this weekend, hosting the Jim Grimes Classic. The Titans will play Polk State at 5 p.m. Friday and Snow College at 4 p.m. Saturday. Saturday's game will be broadcast live on WEFS-TV and streamed live at efsctitans.com/webcast
