Men's basketball team wins fifth straight

The Eastern Florida State College men's basketball team won its fifth straight game Saturday afternoon, defeating Polk State Colege 82-68.

The Titans had six players score in double digits in the contest led by Logan Folsom who had a season-high 13 points. Teammates Ahmed Ali and Nathanael Jack each had 12 points while Michael Nuga and Silas Adheke each had 11 and Eli Abaev finished with 10 points.

Eastern Florida State College improved to 6-1 on the season and will host Miami Dade Monday night in the team's home opener. Tipoff is 6 p.m. at Titan Field House and admission is free.
