Titan men's basketball team hits road for conference game

The Eastern Florida State College men's basketball team hits the road to face a red-hot ASA Miami squad Saturday.

ASA Miami comes into the contest 7-10 but has won three of the past four games and is tied with the Titans at 2-1 in the Southern Conference.

The Titans are 16-2 overall and 2-1 in the conference after losing on the road to Indian River State College and look to get back on track at 4 p.m. Saturday.

Kareem Brewton leads the Titans, averaging 22.4 points per game. The sophomore has scored at least 12 points in every game this season.

ASA Miami is led by Raven Owen Jr. who is averaging 15 points per game for the season but in the three conference games he is averaging 23 points.

The Titans will be back home Saturday, Jan. 21.
