Baseball team picks up win Saturday at home
The Eastern Florida State College baseball team picked up a win Saturday afternoon at Bruce Bochy Field.
The Titans defeated Atlantis University 4-1 Saturday as eight of the nine starters had hits in the win.
Adrian Dominguez drove in two runs and had two hits and scored while Brady Strelitz also had two hits with an RBI and a run scored. Bryce Pax and Nick Paszt each had doubles in their first start.
Jesus Portillo pitched five solid innings, allowing one run on five hits with two strikeouts. It is his first win of the season.
Eastern Florida State College (4-2-1) will be back at Bruce Bochy Field on Wednesday against Palm Beach State College.
