Baseball program announces dates of two summer camps

The Eastern Florida State College baseball program is hosting two different camps in June.

The Elite Prospect Camp is a pro-style showcase at 9 a.m. on June 5 at Bruce Bochy Field that will allow players to showcase their skills in front of coaches from various colleges at various levels across the state of Florida.

The camp will test players' speed, defensive ability, pitching ability, offensive ability and game knowledge.

Registration forms can be found online at efsctitans.com/information/camps and must be completed prior to the camp while the $125 payment (cash or check made out to EFSC Baseball only) may be brought on the morning of the event.

The second camp is a kids camp from June 10-13 for ages 6 to 14 years old and will be held at Bruce Bochy Field on the Melbourne campus.

The camp, which will run from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., will focus on baseball fundamentals and every player will receive an EFSC Baseball T-shirt.
