The Eastern Florida State College baseball team defeated Broward College 7-4 Friday night in a Southern Conference road game on Friday night.
The Titans, who improved to 21-11 overall and 8-7 in the conference, got a solid outing from Tommy Romero who struck out 11 and allowed five hits in the win.
Offensively, Jacob McFadden and Ian Acevedo hit home runs in the game.
Eastern Florida State College will play Broward College once again on Saturday afternoon, beginning at 1 p.m. The Titans will be back at Bruce Bochy Field Tuesday night, hosting Palm Beach State at 5 p.m.
